Trick or Treat, Smell my Feet

I think I heard that 1,000 times last night. But still, what a blast!! Our neighborhood is so awesome! We got together with our friends from the culdesac. We ate some pizza, hung some crepe paper, lit the pumpkins, put on some face paint, Lily got a first degree burn on her finger from a curling iron, you know just the normal stuff. Then we hit the pavement for the trick or treating. Holy cow, if you want to motivate little kids to move, just give them the promise of candy, and they'll run for hours. Our neighborhood is pretty hilly and the driveways are long, so the candy to footstep ratio is not as good as our old neighborhoods. But, the kids don't know the difference. We basically went down two streets and they were done. So, we went back home to chip off our face paint and hair spray. Today, I've already had my first brushes with hyper and/or hypoglycemia. Lily was like a crazed rabit. I think her candy is going to candy heaven.

The kids look so cute. Love the costumes! Why does many mixtures of candy smell so good. We will be donating most of our this week. I've been picking out all of the butterfingers. ugh.
