We had a fun family night last night. It was weird doing it on Thursday, but with all the dance/soccer/piano activities, that was the first night we had free. We carved our pumpkins into jack-o-lanterns. The kids loved the squishy "gopher guts" inside the pumpkins, but especially when it hung out the noses or mouths, looking like gross body fluids. The funniest part of the night was taking pictures on the front porch. I couldn't get a single picture with all of them smiling. Travis said "I think you're scaring the neighbors", when I was "directing" the kids during picture time.
