So, sorry I've hijacked my own blog with all my workout stuff. But, as a quick weekly cap, I worked out everyday but Friday. I had too many projects hanging that I decided to spend my energies getting them done. Posting this on my blog has helped me be a little more consistant, so I'm moving in the right direction. Next week my goal is 100% of my planned workouts done. Here's my POA:
Monday--Back/Bis and Run 30 mins /Abs
Tuesday--Intervals and shoulders/Abs
Wednesday--Hams/Glutes/Tris and run 30 mins/Abs
Thursday--Intervals and chest/Abs
Friday--Quads and Eliptical 30 mins
