I'm still kickin'

So, Weds & Thurs went good at the gym. I do actually feel stronger in my legs from past weeks of being sore. My main problem is I think I'm a little anemic, from having Grace, so I need to get to the health food store for some good iron tabs. I feel like I'm dragging myself around and that's not normal for me. So there it is, one more day, I switched legs for Friday, since it's my favorite part to lift and also I can have the weekend to rest up. OK! Now I want to read you other Moms workout stuff, so I'm not the only weirdo writing about my glutes and bi's. :)

Um...other mom workouts? Do other mom's workout? Oh crap - I need to get on that! Maybe you could help me out? I read your whole weekly plan and it was like reading Chinese. My workout is mostly - well... get to the gym. Once I do that, the rest is up to fate! :) And since that hasn't been happening much lately...You go girl. :)

Holy Cow Nic!!! I'm catching up on your blog since I've been out of town and now I'm totally inspired! Way to go! Did you go on Friday?

We got to gym membership right before I left on vacation and I can't wait to get my hiney in there and work my gluts! I can't wait to shove those kids in the babysitting room either! Your workout list is pretty impressive. I might just have to copy it. I'm cheering you on!!
