So, because of snow, the parade was postponed to Friday. Which meant, Paige was very tempted to play with her float all day. I told her to leave it in her cubby, and if she played with it, it would probably get ripped. Of course, I knew better. She was going to sneak down to the mudroom at some point and get her float. Which she did. And after playing with it for a while, it did get ripped. She was very sad, but I think she learned about "listening to your Mommy". We fixed it and the next day it was no worse for wear. The parade was very cute, and I was floored by some of the floats. I think these Mom's should start a business. Very crafty. I included some pics of Lily & Grace. They were so goofy in the halls, Grace even wandered into one of the 1st grade classes.

Looks like paige had a lot of fun! Too cute!
That stuff is so fun, I love the stuff they do that each kid in succession does when they hit that grade. For us its the "100 days of school" and you bring a poster of 100 things. Another situation where the parents go all out and the competition is on. We made a big posterboard chocolate chip cookie with 100 real chips.
I think Paige's float was still the best! And she's the one who made it!
