I saw these cool swirl chips at the store the other day. I assumed they were peppermint, but sadly, they were just white chocolate. Anyways, we made chocolate chip cookies today. Well, I made them and Lily helped by double dipping her spoon. (don't worry I won't give any of these out as gifts, ewwww) But, they were so good. I used the toll house recipe, but substituted 3/4 c of the swirl chips for chocolate chips, and then I used peppermint instead of vanilla. They turned out good. Here's the classic tollhouse recipe.
(p.s. that picture of Travis looks like he's holding the prize winning cookie, cute!)

I watched Mitt's speech just like you, I had it recorded and kept rewinding so I didn't miss anything. Boy was I proud to be an American after his talk. I wish they'd remind everyone a lot more that he writed his own speeches, it was so great. Go MITT!!
